Challenge Rob / Driving Them Crazy
This month Lincolnshire Pride’s Editor Rob Davis gets behind the wheel of a 30ft limousine and spends an evening working as a chauffeur… but did he take all the right turns or just drive his passengers round the bend?
A few years ago, limousines were non-existent on the county’s roads, these days they’re a common sight, and a novel way of transporting a group of restaurant goers, a hen party or a bride and her attendants on her big day… as capacious and practical as a minibus, but much more sociable, and a good deal more comfortable. “Limos” have becoming an increasingly common sight on our roads and to find out just what’s involved in being a chauffeur, we were invited to spend a day working with Boston Limoscene’s Kevin Hill.
