pudding is the inevitable star of any Christmas table. Those producing their own pudding this year will hopefully have gleaned some useful pointers from Tony, but despite a recipe that has been tried and tested over many years, we can’t help thinking that the master baker still has the edge and as such, we’ll be making sure that the pudding we enjoy on Christmas day will definitely bear the name of one of Lincolnshire’s best bakers.
